Yes, YESTERDAY, I turned 36. I am OK with my age, I am especially OK with turning 36. I've decided this is the year for change. I started with my hair. I also signed up at the gym and will focus on eating healthier.
We only get one go-round in this life and I haven't paid nearly enough attention to my body as I should. Beginning today, that is going to change. I will try to pay very close attention to making myself and my family healthier.
Sure, people talk about change all the time, especially at the beginning of each new year. But this time, I am ready and I am excited about it.
